Eligibility and Age Requirement

Our services are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use udesire.ai. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Furthermore, generating or sharing content that involves minors, especially in a sexualized or exploitative manner, is strictly prohibited.

Account

To access some features, you need to create an account. Please keep your login details secure and up to date. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription which renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payments are processed securely, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Usage Rules

AI Interactions Disclaimer

The AI companions you interact with exist solely in the digital realm. They simulate conversation but do not possess real emotions or intentions, and any promises or claims they make aren’t genuine. We aren’t responsible for any actions you take based on these interactions.

Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of payment, provided you haven’t extensively used premium features.

Limitations and Liabilities

Our services are provided “as is.” While we work hard to deliver a great experience, we cannot guarantee perfection or absolute accuracy. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including any decisions or actions resulting from interactions with our AI companions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make changes, the updated version will be posted on our site and take effect immediately. Continuing to use udesire.ai means you accept the updated Terms.
